and the Qualities of Statesmanship
Quality – from Latin qualitatem (nominative qualitas) “a quality, property; nature, state, condition” from qualis “what kind of a” “an inherent attribute,” also “degree of goodness or excellence.” “a distinguished and characteristic excellence.”
Statesmanship – one versed in the principles or art of government. especially : one actively engaged in conducting the business of a government or in shaping its policies. : a wise, skillful, and respected leader serving in the public interest.

The intervening time and conceptual space, between the spiritual freewill of each individual and the collective sovereignty of humankind as a whole, can best be understood in terms of graduated opportunity.
All authoritative, coercive, or sought after relationships, wherein we choose enthusiastically or reluctantly to associate for a common purpose and act corporately, are transitory. Families, clans, tribes, and nations evolve to encompass ever widening associations. And when all the people of our planet choose to create a world government, no one on earth will be able to deny our right to make a government that is truly of, by, and for the people, sovereign.
Planetary progress towards authentic democracy and the fidelity of representative government has been retarded by persistent insincerity. A democratic republic that is multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, multi-generational, and multi-racial is often seen as incompatible with the world views held by those enjoying a sense of superiority within their exclusive castes, classes, social levels, and economic groupings.
Corporate relationships are of enduring value only to the extent they serve to enhance the growth and progress of each and every individual as well as that of a greater humanity.
Throughout human history governance has evolved for the benefit of humanity. And, while it has at times been tainted by the actions of self-serving individuals that masquerade as public servants, a truly informed consent of the governed will ultimately reflect our spiritual brotherhood and sisterhood. When this is seen in the context of a generous inheritance, courtesy of our Divine Parents, we will emerge from the shadows and stand on the threshold of a new era, one that is replete with light and life.
